Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several shipments, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to contact@rellevo.store with your order number and the items you wish to return. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
How to return an item
Once we receive your request we will confirm it by email and provide the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving this confirmation, as unannounced returns cannot be processed reliably.
You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw. Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging, with all accessories and mounting components included. Wood panels are a rigid product and are easily damaged in transit, so please pack them flat and with the same protection they arrived in.
Cost of return
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when you withdraw from the purchase for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or an incorrect choice of finish or size. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of the return.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Panels that have been cut, sanded, painted, glued, drilled or otherwise installed cannot be returned, as they can no longer be resold.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost of the original order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, the difference is not refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us at contact@rellevo.store within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and of the outer packaging, including any visible damage to the box. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights regarding goods that are not in conformity with the contract remain unaffected by this policy.
