These Terms of Service govern your use of rellevo.store and any purchase made through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The store

Rellevo sells decorative wood wall panels and related accessories to customers in Europe. The store is operated online at rellevo.store and can be contacted at contact@rellevo.store.

Orders and contract

The presentation of products on this site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where the price or description contained an obvious error, where payment is not authorised, or where we suspect fraudulent use of the store. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible, including dimensions, materials and finishes. Wood is a natural material: grain, tone and knot patterns vary between individual panels and between production batches, and the colour shown on your screen may differ slightly from the finished item. These variations are inherent to the product and are not defects.

Panels must be installed on a suitable, dry surface and in accordance with any instructions provided. Unless expressly stated, our panels are intended for indoor use.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, withdrawal and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Legal guarantee

Goods sold through this store are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by European consumer law. If an item does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or cancellation of the contract, in accordance with the applicable rules.

Use of the site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product photographs, graphics, logos and the Rellevo name, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Rellevo or its licensors.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by intent or negligence in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, unsuitable use, or use of the product in conditions for which it is not intended.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without depriving you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
